We would probably brand you "easy" if you did, most fella's like the challenge.
But if you like someone, tell them in an indirect way, like get a barman/lady to pass your number or ... get a friend to tell them ... it gives them a bone to fetch.
Hand it on a plate and the games over already isnt it?
Men (in general) like to work for their women, oblivious or not ... thats how it is.

Bein' honset an' only speaking for myself, I'm kinda torn between both sides. I'm too shy to ask someone, unless I know 'em before hand. An' when someone asks me, I get all confused an' think they're takin' the piss.
But on average, I prefer to make the move myself, simply because I hate wonderin' if someone's just havin' a laugh at my expense.

HAHAHAHHAHH im the bloody exact same, if a good looking lad comes up to me and starts coming on to me i think he was dared or taking the piss, i cant win and aDecentGuy thats what i was thinking, i have male mates who think its great if a girl comes onto a fella but then i have male mates who think the girl is easy if she comes onto him and he is in luck that night for sure. But its 50/50 ... thats why id like to see whate everyone thinks here
why is life so hard aghhhhhhhhh

personally speaking i prefer girls coming onto me..saves me embarrassing myself.
29.04.2007, 08:55 quote
If a girl comes onto me then, like you said, I usually feel she's either been dared by her mates or dropped on her head as a child, because those two scenarios just seem far more likely. But if she was legitimate I'd really enjoy it because it shows that she is her own person and takes initiative, two qualities I find unquestionably attractive. Also, there coule be lots of nice or shy guys who might look at someone like you and think they have no chance at all, and aren't the arsehole type to chat up every woman within range and have learned their chances are better if they just punch their weight. Confidence is good, but you might find that the guys you are really looking for aren't the ones who lock onto you as a lovely target and aggressively go for the kill - those tend to be the guys looking for meat to sloppily devour rather than something to enjoy for a long time. Look for the guy a few tables over who keeps glancing and then looking away, trying to decide if it's worth the embarassment of your revulsion (whether or not you find him revolting), and send him a drink to give him a chance - you might just find he's a truly nice guy, not a predator.
Or, listen to the same old lines about aggressive men being better because they know what they want. But in my observation, the more aggressive men tend to be the arseholes, since they often have no idea what YOU want.

well if i liked someone then i would make the first move, as i have done in the past..... i prefer the bloke to majke the move though, coz then it shows he is interested and not just coing along for the ride....... coz we all know that men seem to be able to say yes to anything with a pulse! *waits for the stick*

Can I assume then that if you haven't asked me out yet then you're just not interested? And there's only one stick I'd give you...

As I recall (i might be wrong here so correct me if so) but hasn't Doc been away recently?
Maybe he brought back something more exotic than viagra to test!?

So Doc...what exactly did you bring back then? Whatever it is it's certainly giving you a ballsy boost!
(PS.....can I 'test' some?)

Or get me to make the first move |
See, I've heard mixed things- some guys love it, and some think the girl comes on too strong and is intimidating. I just say go with your instinct and see what happens. And my thinking is if you never try, you'll never know.
