im just wondering what sort of age gap people think is ok, for example im 31, would a girl in her early 20's consider going out with someone of my age..

i personally wouldnt be bothered to much about the age gap but i know afew people who might, ive been out with afew who are younger than me, about 4 to 5 years and also abit older.. last GF was 37/38.

i think age gap is stupid, if you feel for someone no matter what age, then go for it but in our society people always think so many things are taboo, like an older man going with a much younger woman and vice versa. i see guys in there late 20 all the way to my age. so dont let taboos stop anyone from enjoying life

Age does not matter. me personally i like men in their 30's but it think it may be more to do with being on the same wave length. but i would not think twice about age whever they be 18 or 40 its all to do with the chemistry and clicking in personality

age is just a number. im 22 and one of my exes is 37. i personally like older men. they know how to treat a woman. and older men know what they want... they dont mess ya about as much as the young stud with shit to prove. get me?

There is a story in womans world this week about a woman in her fourtys and a man 21 he looks like he is in his thirtys and so does she it has a check list at the end.
1.are you independent and don't want somone to take care of you?
2. A teacher : if you like to mentor someone and like being with somone that is still learning.
3. like feeling young: if you always feel like the kid among your peers.
4. Are a powerhouse men slow down sooner than women do and after a certain age they can't keep up( this one was news to me).
5. trendy if your always up on the latest music,fashions and technology
then a younger man might be for you.
My personal opinion is: if your personalitys match and there is physcial attraction who cares how old they are, you only live once.

Yeh I think age gaps aren't a prob if you get on. I always go out with blokes much younger because I find them more fun and less serious and I care nothing about the age gap.

I'm in the same boat as you and prefer women younger than me (say 22+). Go any younger and you're libel to get called a few names by your mates, but only cause they're jealous..
