Ok, I see a pattern emerging.

The last few girls I have met up with or spoken to or even slept with, all seem to want to keep our communication a "secret", there must be something about me that makes them think that way. I am becoming some kind of "secret lover" ... any idea's to why this is happening?

Maybe they just don't want you bragging about it, as is becoming the stereotype of most men, even though its bullshit.

Do you share friends? Sometimes they want to keep it quiet to stop rumours and in case it doesn't go anywhere. Then you have to deal with the questions you get asked.

or they may just respect you in the fact that its your business no one elses..

i could do with being used and abused every once in a awhile, better than nothing, i was used on new years day, she even had me making cups of tea for her all night, then i never herd from her again.
