no, it's your arrogance i don't like. I realize that it was HARD to care for your grandmother - believe me i know my GM also died of cancer - it took 12 years during which she had to be hospitalized for 10 - and i completely sympathise but the way you word things and act like you are a total medical specialist COMES ACROSS as really arrogant. Excusable because of the rough time you've had.
