Haylo another update for yas.
My leg is 100% better but still not fixed yet, i've experienced slight bruising and everything points to a 2nd degree tear, so i'm actually amazed at the speed im recovering. At the current rate I recon i'll be 100% fit in a month.

I could do with some injury advice. I had an accident at work a year ago. The floor was wet, I slipped and ended up with a lower spine injury. It didn't seem too serious at the time. I had a ouple of weeks off to rest it and it seemed ok. Lately though, my back has started aching again. I'm going to see the doctor this week but I'm wondering if I should see a lawyer?

Well I just went to the doctor. Got a month course of super strong anti inflamitary painkillers. If it's no better next week I have to go the the physio just for a 15 min loosening up session. If it's no better in a month I'll probably be put on a course of physio.

The back can be a tricky thing. You might not feel it right then but you might feelit later.Trust me its always later, and doctor bills being what they are.Your workmen comp will cover your bills and medication. As for your back trust me they almost always end up hurting later.Your best bet go to the doctor have them do a catscan, but its really hard tell with the back.

Im a law student that being said. The laws over here differ alot Im seeing. But one thing I do know is you need to turn in a workmans compensation claim, right away. That way your medicals bills have to be paid out of their pocket.I t was their property u were injured on so that automatically holds them liable for medical concerns. As for a money settlement it all depends on how many cases are pending before yours. But dont stay in pain waiting.Call up your workmans comp and file a claim, they are at fault by cicumstances being as they are u were injured on the job.Good luck dont get discouraged thats why courts set up all these drawn out waiting hoping a out court settlement can be reached.

| Howdy FBer's.
got myself into a bit of a pickle, at karate tonight i well and truly over cooked a side kick, and seem to have torn my hamstring. This is new to me and all my instructor could recommend was painkillers and a bath. Anyone any ideas what I can/should do? Cheers in advance |
here's an idea: SEE A DOCTOR!! it might not be that serious! some physiotherapy might help it heal faster.
