This is strange, after the run yesterday, there was a leaflet under the windscreen wipers advertising sports massages and specialising in hamstrings. It was suggesting a deep sports massage

Ouch, doesn't sound good at all Ryan. Hopefully the quack can sort you. It might be worth asking at the reception if any of the docs specialise in sports injuries. Your own doc is not always the best choice even if you deem them good.

Bollocking received and registered, cheers LOL

But i'm confident that it's not serious as there is no bruising and it is feeling better.

Wink Do you have a heating pad.Its good to use a treatment of hot and cold with this.Take something hot like a heating pad or hot towel leave on twenty to thirty minutes, then proceed with something cold ice pack or etc. This is what a orthepedic specialist says for any back injuries and same, can be used for ligaments, joints, and such.
