The first thing they're looking for is a nice photo. If you have that one cracked you could be halfway to a meeting. But wont help when you actually do meet though.

I think the first thing is ....'Having ''A'' photo. good or bad in your opinion as this is subjective, and if your saying that having a good photo doesnt help when you do meet, then why dont you have a pic on here v Confused

Thats not my experience in the real world mate. I know loads of women that are after anything else but money. Also some women i talk to on the net earn more money then me.

Obviously you must have had a bad experience or two.

I don't want to go into detail about this, but I might do one day.

My point is, if you put up a good picture [a bit too good], the other person could well be disappointed when they meet you.

As for me not having a photo, I'm not really interested in meeting women off the net for dating, maybe the meets though. I'm only here for the message boards, and if anyone don't ant to talk to me because I haven't got a photo, I don't care.

I definitely stand by what I posted.

didnt you say last month that you were chatting to some woman on another site who you were getting on well with, but when you put your pic up she blew you out? i remember reading that and thinking it would have saved a lot of time and hassle to put a pic up in the first place, then if she was gonna run because she didnt like the pic she would have done so at the start. obviously its your choice, but i thought from the way you were talking about her at the time that you was interested in meeting her and that would count as internet dating perhaps. maybe i am wrong...
