young people, don't marry anyone old enough to be your granny/grandad.

Umm, surely 'young' people shouldn't marry anyone old enough to be their parent otherwise your 'guidlines' seem a little paradoxical.

If you want to be happy don't give a **** for anyone else's opinions, any relationship is a risk. But without risks what do you gain? If it feels right then do it.
If it don't feel right then wait until it does!

my ex is 45 and it was almost perfect because we have the same views on things. it broke because she overworried about her insecurities and isnt the sort to talk about them. the age difference certainly contributed to the problem but how one deals/talks with/about things or doesnt (in her case) is ultimately nothing to do with age.

Age doesnt really bother me, as im 18 i told my self i wouldnt go over 23, but i had a message from a guy whos nearly 25 and he made such an impact on me, wev been talking for a while now and have a date comeing up soon, so i guess its how much you like the person rather than worrying about the age gap.
