Well I'm in week seven. Had my review with the nurse today and she was happy with my progress. One more week and I enter phase 2....2 weeks of lower strength patches, then stage 3 is 2 weeks of the lowest strength the after that I am off the patchs and officially a none smoker!
Just need to get my flat mate to stop now. I could always grass hm up to his sister who doesn't know he smokes. She would shame and or bully hm into stopping!

I said this time it was all or nothing. I gave up once before with a friend and thought one or two here and there would be ok but was quickly back on 20 a day.
Not that I feel any better for giving up. I've had a constant cough. The nurse says it's my body getting rid of the crap. That cough had just gone and then I caught cold!

Week nine and down to the middle strength patches.

The thig with patches...they are hardly mood enhancing if someone is stroking/touching/kissing you! They totally get in the way!
