Well, today is day 11 and I've not touched a cig in all that time. The cravings still come, especially right after work and in the evening. Doing ok though and pretty pleased I've made it this far. My flat mate smokes so it was really hard when he came back from holiday. He is thinking of quitting too, so that would make things easier. I've not had the major test of being in the pub yet though!

Does anyone know if hypnosis works? a mate of mine said his parents stopped after one session and never touched em scince. It was about fifty quid or something.

well done every1 4 quitting!!! i quit ages ago, stayed off them for about a year but started again when moved 2 manc, naughty me. have cut down a lot since i moved house last, but not fully stopped yet. planning on doing it at somepoint though...

last time i quit i juist wqoke up one day thinking i dont need 2 smoke anymore, and didnt touch them. no cravings or anything, was fine, so now im waiting till i have another day like that and can stop again!!!

drink lots of water it clears your body .one day you will wake up and not think about it so keep it up best of luck mark
