It would help if the sodding patch didn't keep falling off! Sucking on sugar free boiled sweets when I get a craving and doing a whole lot of cleaning!!

When I gave up smoking...I started drinking more and more coffee.

Guess what? Now i'm going to cut down on coffee.

i didnt use the patches partly becuase i feel that they dont really help as they are still nicotine so your body will constantly want a ciggie, my mate tried herbal ones from holland and barratt but she said they taste like fish! just keep going anything like me and you will have a spotless house by the time u have done ... prob is when u get there it falls back into dissarray! You will be fine, hang out with some non smokers that helped me too

I can understand that,

I need coffee first thing in the morning to.

I need 3 cups of coffee in the morning.

Then I don't have so many during the day.

vicky..kevin is right...you know u smoke when on the phone, after meals and so forth...make sure your cigs are unattainable, but hard to get to...i put mine upstairs, so i would have to get up and get them...most of the time said hell with it didnt want to move from the chair or leave the movie haha....but it never fails as soon as i start quitting, start losing weight some asshole sends me over the edge and now here i am eating my chocolate and smoking like a chimney...ah bloody hell.....just be concious of when u smoke..take a drag if need be..luv ya and good luck

ok, there is this book out that i know has helped 4 people to stop smoking, it's a bit repetative but it tends to work. It's called the easy way to stop smoking by allen carr it likes brainwashes you haha but it's good, if all else fails. Good luck btw
