I don't find it strange at all. I think its a natural reaction.
Some people don't need to learn real world dating - actually.
Some people are *not* here because they are socialy inept and dont know how to meet people in the real world. Sometimes its just the situation they are in prevents them from doing so - carers who don't get out much, busy home lives etc. I for one dont think I would have too much trouble meeting someone in the real world - I never have in the past thank you - but I moved to England from Cornwall about 2 yrs ago and didnt know a soul and being a woman in her 40's on her own its not easy for me to actually *have* anywhere to go - the pub? Asda? And I simply choose not to march up to some unsuspecting fool in the street and give him a load of spiel in the hope of his phone number in return, just doesnt appeal to me. But then again, I'm one of the targets I forgot that bit.

Maybe you need to ask yourself, seeing as you yourself haven't got lucky (without the cash in your hand, by your admittance) How can you be sure this Mystery and others like him have got lucky? Because *he* says so? What's with this "he's bedded lots of women"? Who says? What makes you think that's true? And personally, my own response to that is "Wow, so impressive.......not".

Greyston. As a female I can honestly say I'm disgusted at your attitude. Women to you are there to by played. If you had any intention of having a long term relationship with anyone you met you'd take a good long look at your lifestyle first.

I'm sorry if I'm out of line but I've had a terrible day and this is just the icing on the cake. It has nothing to do with the way you look, it's the person you are. Take some time to get a life other than pursuing women (what are the type you go for? Successful, very pretty, career women?) it's never going to happen that way. You will probably find the the people in your seminars who are claiming success are targetting the women who most need companionship and love ie vulnerable women and that's why they're successful. A chat up line should at best get you a date, not anything else. Personality does the rest!
