why do guys just want love ? no realtionship or love ? then when they do want love theyre ugly. or old ? i duno. xxx

A lot of guys want love they just dont admit it cause they may be embaressed by it.
Some guys can admit it though and I have to admit it does feel great to be loved by someone.
As the beatles say "All you need is love" is very true!!!

We're not all like that, though to counter the question you could ask 'Why do women not want anything else other than friends?'.

Yes. Love is relegated to ugly and old (over 30 in your case) people I'm afraid. Jesus.

Most men do want love but are scared of letting there softer side show, and you cant expect a man to love you straight away it takes time. afterall you need to be compatible sexually as well as mentally.

Tootle rather than worrying about men loving you, why not just enjoy the time you spend with them cause afterall love comes to those who wait.
You cant expect it straight away.

seriously! I can do the proper robot dance as well!!

seriously (really), I think that most men have a lot of love to give. I know I do, it's true that some of them are not willing to show their feelings and all that.
Theres also the whole issue with love and love being inter-related on a subconscious, anthropological level. Consider lust, and the wierd things it does to people (women included). Ramblingly there is no answer.......people have love to give, don't ask me how to find them!

Seriously though.....I'm a robot!

I can only presume I'm very lucky. I've never been 'played'. I've only ever gone out with men that have no problem showing their feelings and been very loving. It's why I find threads like this, and women bitching about men so difficult to take.

I imagine just as many guys as girls want love, only it's harder for guys to admit it, even to themselves.

Men are socially and culturally conditioned to believe that to be real 'men' they should be sexually predatory and try to get laid as often and by as many women as possible. Can you imagine Mr Average sitting in a pub with his mates and saying, "All I want is to fall in love." No, nor can I; he wouldn't, because he'd get the piss ripped out of him forever. On the other hand it'd be fine if he said he was going to go up to that stranger at the bar and try to get her back to his place for a one-nighter.

I'm not saying that one attitude is 'bad' and the other is 'good' but the lack of honesty about things annoys me a bit. I've met a couple of guys who can't decide whether they want the one-on-one long term love thing or the clubbing and pulling thing; or rather, they do know - deep down - but don't like to say.
