The fact that you've brought up your disability so early in your statement makes me think you're hung up on it. Let someone get to know you and make it seem like it's no big deal that you're in a wheelchair, you'll get much further that way. Make a joke of it if you must because then, it doesn't seem as though you perceive it as a barrier to a relationship.
