Yep this is a real one to: why is it that so many women after their boyfriends say they want to leave the relationship still cling, get so desperate, can't sleep, eat, cry, and pine away wishing that they would change their minds????

I have one of these in the Love & Relationships called "In love with someone who is still in love with someone else?"..........This woman right at this moment is still hoping that he'll change his mind, he is supposed to be moving by the end of Feb, is the father of their baby boy who is 1.5 yrs old and tells her he is tired of the family routine, and being 21 hiself doesn't want to miss out on his youth any longer than he feels he has the past 2 yrs with her. So why is it everytime that women who are getting dumped by their ex boyfriends still go into this I love him and cant live without him thing?? I am the willing participate that has been corresponding with her for the last 6 months now. But to stay on this subject..........how about some views as to why do yo women even though your being mis-treated in your relationship still hearn after and will do anything to get these pin-heads back while others who are more than you could dream about are waiting to wisk you off your feet and give and provide all the love and emotional support you could ever want or need.

'fraid I can't shed any light on this as I've never been in this situation. I split up with the only guy that didn't treat me 'right' and not regretted a day of it and the only guy I ever pined over, pined after me too! (Yeah, we were both idiots )

I doubt that women in that situation know why themselves.

It's probably a case of love is blind, meaning they only see the good bits and therefore the 'bad b/f' can do no wrong. Also there are some girls/women who stay with blokes simply because they would rather have a total arse for a b/f than no b/f at all...

For some reason, women cling to men that don't really want them, I haven't exactly figured out why, but that's what happens.
You meet a bad boy, who acts like he doesn't give a flying F**k, we are hooked.
It something about our egos- to obtain a man like that and make them yours is the ultimate high.
Once we are stuck in a bad situation, our egos won't let us go- we would be less of a woman if we couldnt make it work....

Just a thought. Personaly, I hope I'm past that bad boy phase, but I doubt it.
