I regret the way my ex and I got into our relationship. I regret not being able to figure out how to make it work and not admitting to myself that she was taking herself away from me until it was far too late to be able to talk to her and do anything about it.

I don't regret the time I spent with her though. It wasn't exactly plain sailing but I've never felt that way before or again since.

The only other thing I'm not entirely sure if its really a regret, more major annoyance that nothing could ever happen the only person who I've never been able to get out of my head for many years. She has her church doctrine which means I could never qualify. Ahh well.

I regret not taking chances and opportunities. I regret putting too much effort in to education and career and forgoing a social-life for a sake of it. Friends and family are far more important than anything else, yet I've ended up with precious little of both. But that doesn't matter now as I'm trying to make up for it.

My biggest regret...

I knew her for 5 years and never told her how I felt - I was worried about what she may think or say and then the day came... she was gone (not dead, just moved) and now I start to think she may of said yes! It took me a year to recover from that.
