hi i was with my girlfriend for ten months in that time we had a baby girl where i stood by her all the way and i still want to be apart of it but the other week her mom decided enuf is enuf she had enuf so she kicked me out of her house since then iv started talkin to my ex she says she still loves me and wants to be with me but her mom wont let me near her house nothin i hardly see my daughter now and i speek to my ex wen she aint wit her mom but now her mom just leave her on her own and gos off with her boyfriend but she is twistin sami against me now i feel iv lost everythin wat should i do?? cus i want to be there for her ??

Heartbreak is a horrible thing, I understand that and please believe me when I say I am not against you here but a couple of things about your post seem missing or don't quite make sense.

What reasons did your ex's mother give for evicting you and if your eviction is the only reason you and your ex are not together then why do you call her your ex?

Best advice I can give with the little information is go speak to someone at CAB to find out where your rights are regarding your daughter.
As to the other part, wanting to get back with your ex and her mother causing a rift between you, also speak with the CAB, as they may be able to get you some support or an advocate, depending on your age, your ex's age, living situations etc.

yeah im tryin to sort something out between us her mother used to be really nice to me when we first met then the other month she met a bloke from work and now she spends all her time with him and hes got her wrapped round the finger and he hates me and thats when she started bein funny towards us but what caused her to kick me out was because she wanted my daugter for the day and she was in a mood cus i went off with my daugter round the local town and since that she kicked me out i rarely talk to my ex but wen i do she says she love me and wants to be wit me and get a house she says yes but when i try to do somethin she just holds back with some excuse like giv it time its just messin my mind up but i just dont kno whether to move on or keep tryin cus it just keeps gettin harder on me now the mother and boyfriend hav my daugter all the time and i dont see her im missin out on so much

i got same problem aswell. but i m Turkish and living in Turkey and she lives in UK. She got a fella when she was pregnant and also he s Kurdish. and She s going to marry with him when he divorced and they are coming to see his family this friday in Turkey. and she will take my daughter too. i asked her to bring my daughter to me but her fella said noway.

But u are lucky cos u can see ur daughter anytime/s there but i can not. I can only see my daughter's photos. She aint open webcam to see my daughter.

listen man i know what your going through this is hard to beleive im 16 and i have 2 kids but my daughter died 10 months of lukemia but man keep your head and keep trying the best thing you can do is give her a week of her own space ask her if she needs help taking care of your daughter man come on get a grip i am an advice man so any more problems with this if it dont work cotact me and ill see what i can do but for those who have been having really hard problems tell me about them and ill see what i can do for you
