I guess i want to start a happy thread now, let us all know what you do for a living, or dont do in some cases.

Ill be in st barts for the next 8 days on business, im sure however there will be internet somewhere. Damn im going too be so board.

Well ill start im in the import and export business.

I started small with trainers designer labels etc.

I went to uni at 18 and passed my 4 year course just a few months ago.

In this time i elevated my company and started trading in bigger things expanding until i got into cars.

I now own 2 bars an engineering, builders and joinery firm, a car lot and oviously my import export company and i started out with 5000 in my pocket.

Right now I'm a consultant for a software company, for the last 2 months I have been paid to sit on my ass at home.


and I am no longer happy!

Not sure mine should be in this happy thread, i've been unemployed for 18 months, was an IT manager/tutor in an adult education IT centre....now I do nothing but I have got an interview tomorrow, so fingers crossed....no job = no money = misery = deep shit

Well, I don't see the point in cataloguing an improbable list of achievements. Besdies, most of the regulars know what I do, there are already plenty of threads on the forum about 'what we all do'.

I currently work in a Library.

And I'm also waiting to start a make up artists course in september!

I bugger about all day on the internet under the pretence that I run my own company

I work for a Pharmaceutical Company, selling & buying generics ........ have an interview on Friday afternoon though to work at the Ricoh Arena, as part of the Corporate Team ........ i would love that job .......

Well, when I'm not checking work for punctuation I'm a police officer and I don't take any sh*t.

Catering assistant tho' I'm desperate to get out of it and do something in the science field. Finishing my degree might be a good start

I really want to be a fireman id trade anything too do it, Make up artist thats a pretty cool job good luck with that.
Vixen think of your unemployment as a break before you find that job that is just right for you, atleast your trying too get work not like some dossers who enjoy sitting on there asses.
