depends what i'm making, i never "steal" anything, that's against any graphic artists etiquette.
I normally use "renders" then create a background and effects to go with it.
This one is different to what i normally do, i didn't create a lot here, but i coloured it myself, took the render, de-saturated it, then re-coloured it with really vibrant reds, yellows and oranges, then applied heavy shadowing.
