Looking for some interesting exhibitions to go to over the next few weeks - anyone got any ideas?? Review section of the sunday paper is long in the recycling, and in any case would be nice to hear from any fellow arty types.
I'm not too fussed about what type of art's on display - so long as it's well curated. Last thing I went to was the Louise Bourgeois thing at the TM, and while she's fab the layout was pants imo. Thoughts, anyone?

Dont actually know of many gallery's but the Tate and the National are both very good. Good topic, it would be good to find out where is good.

Depends what period in art you enjoy, but if you like the work from William Morris, the pre-raphaelites and the Arts and Crafts Movement, the William Morris Gallery in Walthamstow is well worth a visit. It's at the end of the Victoria Line + walk or bus ride. Also in the park behind the gallery there is another Art Gallery called The Changing Room Gallery and here there is usually an up-to-date exhibition of art, sometimes famous, but at other times it may be more for the showcasing of local and community projects.
