Star Trek looks pretty good. I didnt know about The Warriors being remade, I love that film... but part of the reason why I love it, is because its a bit naff... so I'm not sure if a remake would work.

Its not a remake but i am really looking forward to this one

William the Conqueror.

Plot Concept: The script follows the rise of the illegitimate son of the Duke of Normandy to the English crown in 1066 following the Battle of Hastings.

I just heard that Tom Cruise is remaking Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid - starring himself and John Travolta.

Hmm.

the wolf man should be quite good, but then anything with anthony hopkins in is always watchable at worst

Are they re-making the Warriors then? I loved that film when it came out. I guess they might step up the violence for a re-make to achieve the same impact.

I've heard two rumours about it:
1) They're moving it to LA;
2) The original cast might be involved somehow.

Not films but just watched the remakes of V and The Prisoner. Neither were anywhere as good as the originals.

I've just heard that a remake of The karate Kid is in the pipeline. I haven't heard anything beyond this, but I'm willing to bet it's going to be bloody awful.
