I saw a really good Korean horror film called A Tale Of Two Sisters and that was great, it had the kind of ending that made you not sure what the marry it was all about but you enjoyed it anyway lol

One of my favorite old horror films I've not seen for years - can't even remember what it was called, Body Snatchers I think - when the people's replicas are grown in huge pods....creepy!
I liked the old horror movies cuz they left it to your own imagination to scare the shite out of you.

the only ones to scare me are the scream trilogy, thats why i like them so much, the others are just to bland and predictable

My vote goes to the original The Ring. Watch it at 5am whilst very drunk. You'll see what I mean.

Oh and The BBC News At 10... thats some scary stuff right there Wink

its a shame, that they have to ruin the first one with a trilogy, like they ruined the matrix

The Wicker Man (1973). It has a fantastic soundtrack too.

I haven`t seen the recent remake with Nicholas Cage, but have been reliably informed that it`s terrible.

It was.
Google "wicker man continuity goofs" - the one with nicholas cage - its amazing for films made in this day and age at such great expense to make such errors.

I agree, the original was much much better.

halloween is effective as a horror film. simple plot. but a great cast and soundtrack helps it get my vote.
