Can't see another topic like this. Anyway, what is the worst film you have ever seen?

For me, it was Nacho Libre. I wasted 1 1/2 hours of my life watching a comedy that wasn't actually funny.

Anybody else?

I love crap films so this is tough. You can't beat sitting through a real howler with friends just taking the piss. If I had to choose one it'd have to be...

Lawnmower Man 2

...This is the only bad film we ever rented on video that we switched off. It lasted about 15 minutes. So bad it stunk the video out.

Field day time, there are so many to choose from!

Pirates of the Caribbean 2 (heard that 3 is even worse!)
Blade 2 + 3
Highlander 2 onwards
George (worst Matt Damon film ever!)
The Day After Tomorrow
Armageddon
Independence Day

Wild Wild West
Harry Potter 2
Raw Deal
Hercules in New York
Driven
Jeepers Creepers
The Hills Have Eyes 2 (old one not new one, haven't seen new one)
Signs
The Lady in the Water
Robin Hood Prince of Thieves
Superman IV: The Quest for Peace

I could go on....!

how can you say these three are thr worst ever made! Ok each to their own and everything BUT
The Day After Tomorrow....brilliant if OTT version of what global warming can do.....
Armageddon....Come on this is brilliant..."Get off the nuclear weapon" Far better than the depressing deep impact zzzzzzzzzzzzz
Independence Day....ok it is very PRO AMERICAN, but whatever...it is still a great ground breaking movie in special effects...not the killer of movies most people make it out to be.

By the looks of your choice, you like movies that are realistic...again your choice. But cinema was invented to entertain, to let go off all the problems outside the real world. To escape in a fanatsy world, note that the first Blockbuster was "Jaws", and no you can not argue the point...The above movies do exacly what they say on the tin. they are not deep, two of them are meaningful. For me some of the worst movies ever made...apart from the two i mentioned, are movies like "Green Street Hooligans" Who the hell wants to watch a movie about thugs beaten the crap out of each other....it is too close to home for me...
No half the movies you mention there are to entertain....if you don't like that sort of movie, why did you bother seeing them all.

That's it...rant over...gonna cause some arguements this one lol

get real, i never compared it too jaws.
But it does do eactly what it says on the tin. It has no pretenses. So what the acting might be a little corny, but so many of the so called classics, feature dreadful acting, and even worse plots! Independence day for all it's failings, and it does have many....me and my mate went to the cinema for a second time to watch and picked holes in it too death.
But we still came out entertained.
And for me, if you come out resonably entertained, then it was worth the cash you paid either for the ticket at the cinema, or the rental cost of the dvd.
I would never buy the movie, i don't rate it that high, but for simple mind numbing entertainment it rings all the right bells in me.
