I know this may seem a bit strange when you first saw the thread title but its not just about women with huge muscles.Im talking about natural figure model, natural powerlifters or weightlifters, women who love these sports with as much passion as I and many of my fellow male athletes.
they are very few and far between it seems which is a shame but im pretty sure that comes from alot of the myths surrounding weight training.


If are intrested please comment and if there are any women who are currently competeing or just training even better!

seeing as this side of sport can be very lonely this thread seemed like a good idea for people to get together.

I compete and yes im figure/physique you dont get any encouragment in this country which is why we’re sadly thin on the ground!!! AND we have to work 3x as hard as the guys to make a competitive physique! So mostof us are pretty dedicated.

I was a female bodybuilder once, but the steroid-hell wreaked havoc with my appearance...!?
