Ladies and Gentlemen, they are still getting to grips with the relatively new concept of 'sarcasm' in Wolverhampton. She'll get it in a little while

| I've not been "on holiday" for nearly 14 years.
Every time I get the chance to 'get away' I end up visiting family/friends and 'doing for someone'..... Money is a big issue - so can anyone pleae suggest somewhere in this big wide world - I am open to UK possibilities but pleeeeeeez not Cornwall, I love Cornwall but it's my second ruddy home lately - It would have to be just a few days or a week max, and about £500 would be my limit for the travelling/hotel. Bearing in mind I'm a single woman of 41 and not really into drinking/clubbing/extreme sports........?? All ideas from the sublime to the ridiculous seriously welcomed!!! |
Hi have you considered Berlin, a place to Stay Central Mitte East Berlin, eating out is very cheap
a very good meal in a nice restaurant £9 excellent food. Museum Island, a group of museums all in one area. Hachescher Markt Lots bars and restaurants,
Berlin's equivalent of London's Covent Garden,
very safe and not rowdy.

Gosh I'd forgotten about my thread here, and a year later I still havent gone on holiday!
I;ve just raised the cash to get a passport, a trip to Lourdes is first on my list but I am thinking East Berlin looks good in the good weather, thanks Tony!

I have a nice small apartment in Bali, open for everybody who wants to spend the holidays. Affordable rates and services too. Bali is quite cheaper than any other holiday destination.

Hi there, you all, it is good to be keeping in touch with people who share the same interests as me. Am also planning a holiday, so would like to have a wider and broader view on which route to take
