I'm not sure what you mean by theme nights, but Orlando is a great place for a night out on the piss, most definitely. I used to live just down the road in Palm Bay and if you want a decent piss-up at the beach, I'd suggest heading for Cocoa Beach or Melbourne... booze, warm starry nights, salsa music, can't go wrong.
