Hey all, this is a bit random I know, but....

I need a weeks holiday away to chill out and just have fun. I'm going at end of April/early May, for one week. I need ideas, and if anyone else needs a break, why not come with? I'll be leaving from Glasgow or Edinburgh (probably, depending on the destination). Really fancy Amsterdam, but going alone is apparently a bad idea. I'm open to suggestions though!

Book early enough with easyjet and u can get flights for around 30 quid each way......

best thing to do is get a bunch of mates together and have a mad weekend. ive been to the dam twice....for work purposes...i used to work for a travel company, it was educational holidays....VERY educational lmao

I was trying to rally the troops, but everyone is either working and can't get the time off, or just can't afford lol. And yeah, I'd take advantage of all the legal things there that aren't legal here (good way of putting it). Just all the sites on Amsterdam say that you def shouldn't go alone. Hense the problem!

Though any other ideas of holiday destinations would be great!

Amsterdam is the strangest place I have ever been to....45 mins on a plane and you feel like you are on another planet, I saw some VERY strange things....That could have been the drugs

I loved Amsterdam, infact i'd say its probably the best holiday i've had

I will go to the Danube Delta - which I do recommend to everybody who likes wild nature and unspoiled landscaping. And of course, fishing is spectacular After that, I booked a week in Bulgaria- Golden Sands; it is supposed to be nice and cheap- so I am curious
