I'm starting to plan a holiday to get myself fitter and more able to face the coming winter months.
Swimming and sunshine rank highest on my list of things to look for, as does balanced food and opportunities to walk and cycle.
The problem is that most holiday search websites expect you to know where you want to go and all I know is what kind of a holiday I'm after.
So ... does anyone have any suggestions?

Can you believe that when I tried to search for holidays in Corsica, expedia.co.uk wanted to know *which part* of Corsica I wanted to travel to?
This is extremely daft. I want to get away from it all but most holiday search engines expect you to be an expert on foreign travel before they offer you any alternatives to choose from.
*grumble, grumble*

Go and see a travel agent! It's their job to find you somewhere, thought that would have been obvious.

You're right, of course.
It's just so frustrating that those web sites have such a poor user interface. I do know some geography but it's mainly centered around things like ancient history and world events.
However there was a chance that people here might be able to point me in the direction of some November holidays ...

Most All-Inclusive holidays during the summer are packed with day time activities like, water polo, water volleyball, volleyball, football, shooting, archery, etc.
4 star plus, the food is fabulous and you get a full array of choice and in the long run these holidays work out cheaper.
