A person dating another person has nothing to do with a persons intellect i dont think.
Maybe the intellect would become a factor if it was a major part of your personality.
Obviously you can tell how intelligent someone is from how they talk and put themselves across, but if the person acts in a certain way which could be related to their intellect, that becomes their personality, which would then become a reason someone chooses or doesnt choose to date that person.

Does that make sense??

Yea IQ is just a scored and doesnt mean much but, in my experience intelligence has been a barrier.

I too have a high intellect, but dont let it become a barrier. I use it when i need to use it. To me it is a tool, that is all.
And to say you have taken the mensa test 10 times, the questions would be why when a) you have to pay for it and b) it isnt like your intelligence changes from day to day?
