Well, it seems like it to me. I have an IQ of 161 and alot of people seem to be intimidated by that. If you are friendly, fun and maybe good looking what difference should my intellect make?

It shouldn't make any dfference at all, but some people are intimadated by it. It makes them feel inferior. The way i look at it is, can you make a pizza like I can?!! Wink

I can't moan. I at least have an unapreciative audience to cater for. Why are teenage girls so damned fussy?!

I wish I knew, I only go for people 21+ as teenagers tend to feel like kids to me.

Welcome back Saints..long time no see..as far as smartness goes, i can see someone that is not so smart being intimidated, so find more common grounds that u can associate with on that persons level, that way that person will feel more at ease

Meh IQ is so last decade it's a measure of how quickly and accurately you can answer random bollox (imo) Last I check mine was around the 150 mark, but I know people to do it and get very very random results, so it's so not anything to go by.

If you are intelligent however it only becomes intimidating when you force it upon someone and be clever about it (see what i did there)

Sorry but you are wrong, IQ is your problem solving abilities and how quickly you can gain knowledge.

But yes I am intelligent and sometimes you find it hard not to act that way, especially when people are acting so stupid or dumb. As for a normal conversation, if we have common interests then its all good. But, I always thought women like intelligent men.

That's fair and dandy mate, I too am intelligent but it's the way you portray your intelligence, it's very easy for intelligence to come across as arrogance, trust me.
