i understand that we are all different in this world, and all to a greater or lesser extent walk our own path. pisstaking aside, {and yes i do like to take the piss in a wicked but goodnatured way} i feel that everyone should do things in their own way and at their own speed BUT having perused the forum for a few weeks i have noticed one glaringly recurrent feature..... that even on the more dating/love oriented threads there are a lot of people that just seem to want to swap very banal sexless and frankly boring posts all day long...... seeing that these people are logging onto and spending a fair chunk of their day on a dating site i would of imagined that they are looking to find some sort of relationship...... {and its the blokes who are most guilty and one man in particular} WELL at some point you have to actually start saying SOMETHING to the women...... as shocking a proposition as this might seem its the only way you are going to get a date/friend/whatever...... ten minutes ago i was berated by a guy i'll call clueless dave {pseudonym} for swapping a bit of sexual banter on one of the dating threads...... surely thats one of the things that the site is for........ i suppose he wanted to get the thread back onto the stuff he enjoys which i imagine is: games consoles, wwf wrestling and wishy washy, insipid and platitudeinous smalltalk which i can see he is a black belt at......... but i came on here as an EXTRA way to meet female company which is something i enjoy very much and would appreciate it if charming guys like the one i've just mentioned just let me use this great site for what it was intended for.......DATING.

The forums are for chatting, for love related issues there is a sub forum called the love forum ( strangely enough )
And the chat you two were having belongs in private messages which are ment for just that reason to swap private messages so that you can arrange stuff and talk as dirty as you want without offending people.

Your problem badboy is that unless your the center of attention you have to make a point of becoming the center of attention, therfore making an ass out of yourself.

A lot of the mods have ledt this site or are busy with other commitments, so when i come on this site in the evening my only spare time ( which being a single mum and working a full time job is not alot of time ) I dont expect to find my inbox full of complaints and you and someone who is posting off the same ip as another user (obviously to cause conflict and a breech of the rules ) have taken over the boards with your and ill sumarise here ( oh baby slide in nicely, lets have phone love and hook up tomorrow crap to clean up when i get online )

I dont get paid to mod these forums, i do it to helo the site owner out and to help keep these forums running. If us mods did not do it they would be closed down, because the site owner would not be able to cope with the amount of work he has to to on the site in general and keeping check of the horny little buggers posting crap in the forums.

Badboy, prettyboy cheekyboy whatever the hell your name is i sugest you take a long hard look at the forum rules which you will find posted in every forum. read them, digest them and put them into practice, or leave.

i dont understand why it has upset you lot so much....... was it in poor taste? probably a little yes..... but i was having a little fun thats all. just tell me why what we've done angers you so much? i have my suspicions as to why...... is it because i'm having a little of what you want yourself? but feel a little unsure of how to proceed and get? i suppose seeing another drink from a certain kind of cup can be annoying if the cup is just out of reach to yourself.......

What a surprise. Another guy to appear on here who's genuine and doesn't just act all banal and inoffensive gets ostracized. Personally I find Badboy a refreshing change from all the wetbacks who are too afraid of giving the wrong impression to actually be honest and maybe, just maybe, take a risk and have a little fun. Wouldn't it be great if we could just stop treading on ricepaper for a second and maybe give something away?

If this place were to be believed we'd all be sensitive, sensual, emotionally intelligent people. But you know, somehow seeing as this is a dating site I can't see that being the case. After all, why would be here if we were so damned perfect?

Have we managed to sterilize the dating game enough that you can't *gasp!* approach someone without following a procedure? Why berate someone for carrying on exactly like they would in a pub or club? Especially when both parties seemed perfectly happy doing it. Was anybody actually involved complaining? I didn't think so.

So what if Badboy's MO doesn't fit your own. Have we forgotten why we're here in the first place? Or are we just trying to be so damned nice to one another that we'll hope to endear ourselves to someone?

Get a grip people. No animals were killed. Both Evabeva and Badboy seemed to have no problem with what went on. So why the fuss? Personally, I'm not too keen on that approach myself, but am I going to chastise the guy for it? In the words of Will Smith, 'Hell no!'. It was nice to see someone using the site for which it was intended for a change.

Please extinguish all torches and put the pitchforks back in the shed. For the sake of your own dignity if nothing else.
