sorry you want this thread to end, and that you see it as being bitchy, but i think this is an interesting thread myself..
and no point in summarising it as its not finished yet..lots of viewpoints can be made yet..and usually they will die of natural causes anyhow, when people get fed up with it..

Once again, where do i say that i want this thread to end???

Joking aside, and looking at it a different way, have you not found that your high level of intelligence actually turns on certain women?

i suppose it does yes, but i think it really does have to be the right time and place for it...not sure debates when out in a nightclub would work..
and women did state in other threads that intelligence is desired in partners..

Alternatively don't you think it could be you making the intelligence a factor in why you cannot attract the right woman.

Intelligence is frequently mistaken for arrogance, it seems to me that you are focusing too much on "i'm really clever... yet all the women run miles..!" perhaps it is because you place so much relevance towards how clever you are that women are thinking you are arrogant and not showing any interest.

I agree with this ... maybe you make women feel inferior?

Dunno read the first and last page. Couldn't be bothered to read the whole thing, when there was such a simple explaination. Smile

personally, i think intelligence is not how much you know, its knowing where to find the answers and understanding how to use the info you get..

and i agree, focusing on your own intelligence to much must be a turn off for woman..

intelligence cant be based on what a person knows as that is knowledge. intelligence is about a persons reasoning and logic. generally, the more logical a person is, the more intelligent they are,

Personally I do find intelligence a turn on. I think it is important, perhaps especially for a woman, for your partner to be on a similar intellectual level. I'm sorry if that sounds as if I am arrogant or whatever but I find intellectual conversation stimulating. Cool

I cant date thick women (pardon the expression). I need someone who at least can hold a half decent conversation about things other than David Beckham and Big Brother.

And yes I am capable of holding a sensible conversation myself believe it or not. It just doesn't happen very often, just ask Fiona.
