Im prolly not the first to suggest this, and it may already be around and i've just not seen it, but what about some kind of ice breaker message/wink/nudge?

Apart from that, I just wanted to say mucho kudos for the site, everything i've seen so far is excellent

I do tend to read the profile, rather than just looking at the pictures, however not really used to dating websites, and never entirely sure what to say in an intro message.

"Hi, saw your profile, you sound nice..." just sounds so lame..

Where as with a wink, if they respond then I know theres a chance of at least opening a conversation. Call it a way to help hide myself from rejection
