I was thinking..on this site you can click a members name and you get to see what and how many posts a particular person has posted, then have option to read them..
now this i believe gives a great insight into what somebody is about..ie..you can develop a 'feel' about that person, what they stand for, views etc..
Is there anyway this can also be available/incorperated into the main site..
like, you could read there profile and IF they use the forum as well, you could have a look at their posts as well..
this could have a couple of disired effects i believe..
1) gain a better insight and feel towards the person, and even help people with their first approach/ msg..
2) Raise the awareness of the fact that the forum exists..many i have found dont know about it..
3) provide a nice link between the two..
Also, why is the forum known as a 'discussion board' on the other site..i always call this 'the forum'...not saying its wrong at all, but is weakening the connection i feel..

Thats a great idea, cuz I always tell people if they really want to know me go to the discussion boards and then i have to explain how to pull up my name and so forth. Plus it will help more people to get here on the boards

I have noticed a 'last post' feature at the bottom of profiles..but nothing seems to be there...or is it just me? Is it activated yet?.

Have just started doing this myself Aluria. It gives anyone interested in me a better insight into the persaon that I am and it raises awareness of the forums.
