I was wondering since there don't seem to be any admins for the Chat that/if i could reapply for it.

I second his nomination to reapply, he did a great job when he was moderator.

If your looking for a second candidate, i would put myself forward for application, i have moderated several chat rooms in the past on different websites and spent alot of hours in this chat room getting to know its members and workings.

We do seriously need some moderation in there soon, several users are complaining of abuse and rules are consistantly being broken (Hurrassment, Indencent exposure, Racism, ect.) and for the chat room to go back to serving its purpose as a good way of making new friends and communicating with the ones you have, it needs to be sorted.

I think both of you a level minded responsible people and i would back you pl aswell
