Wouldn't it be good if we had an option on our profiles so that we could choose not to have people with no photo contacting us?

I mean with getting so many messages its a bit of a hassle trailing through those with no photo so now I just delete them and don't bother reading their message.

It's simple no pic:no chat but would be so much handier if they could be blocked in the first place.

You can! its already an options in setting, who may contact you

I guess it is half way there, you can avoid those that have ticked looking for ONS, 3sums or used the love request forum etc.
(I must stress *my own opinion* before I get lynched!)

It would be a good idea for when members actually log-on and look at the 'Who is Online' page, that they can actually see everyone's pics (theirs marked as 'members only' within their own profiles), rather than them being screened out and appearing blank in case the public access the page. It means you keep clicking on the same profiles from time to time, when you can't remember who it was, and that can give the impression of being a wide brimmed felt-hat wearing, obsessively persistent, deeply disturbing, sordidly perverted, eerie, hunch-shouldered stalker... ... and that's just when the women keep looking at your profile!

I think that in the searches, some pics are intentionally obscured, so as to make you click on them in a: "Ooh, now that was a nice surprise" sort of way. It's called 'mystery meat'. But as for people with no pics on their profiles, just forget them and don't reply. If they hide their face, then no doubt they will be shifty, sly, devious and cunning in real-life too, and you will never ever truly know nor ever be able to trust what they are doing nor saying for the whole of the rest of your life. Other than that, yes, I agree, faceless profiles need a blocking facility.
