Its a sad reflection that in the internet, people (especially men) forget the normal boundries in society like age and think its OK for a 60 year old to try to date a 16 year old with a pretty face.
As far as the site goes, the search option minimum age is 16, so you cant search for very young people.
Ive thought before that there could be a graduation in ages where you could either search for or write to depending on your age (in an ideal world where Toby has 48 hours in the day it could be done), and then you could have young people using the site as well. For example an 11 year old could say search for 10 to 12 year olds, a 15 year old say 13 to 17 year olds, an 18 year old say 16 to 25 year olds etc... That would stop a 40 year old predator searching for 13 year olds and writing to them, and yet allow the 13 year olds to use the site as well. Thats the idea and you could adjust the ages - they are there as an example.
Im the same as LL though - at 10 I was playing action man, superheros, and starwars. Not worried about girls, just who was going to be leader of our gang in the next week
