Obviously people might not agree with this, but seeing as we're fairly limited on moderators at the moment, would it make sense to merge several of these forums before creating new ones (like holidays?).

I know some of the mods wouldn't like the extra work, but it only needs to be temporary?

My suggestions would be:

Love & Relationships to be combined with Dating (already two massive forums, would be a good idea to add a second Mod to the resulting forum)

Videos on the web to be merged with Film

The politics section's wasted really, also - as above, I think holiday's a bit redundant in an under-moderated forum.

Merge Gossip and "anything else" Rename the "anything else" section to General Discussion, so people can just chat about the day's events? The "anything else" thing I think's a bit misleading, and should be really where most of the community should gather for a chat about their day this should get a good chunk of moderation too.

Obviously, it's only a suggestion - but i'm thinking it's probably best we get the basic forums (like love, relationships and general chat) running safely first.

There's a ridiculous amount of scammers giving out email addresses now, most people here are smart enough to know better, but some people might not pick up on it.

I agree with you somewhat there.
i dont agree with personal info ie email addresses and numbers being posted i edit the post if someone does it in dating.

I am willing to do a couple more rooms if you would like i am on quiet a few times a day due to being home with a child. so if you want me to take care of a couple more rooms till you get more mods then i am more than willing to do so.

I also think it may be an idea to do a sticky on the main page detailing the rules of the forums ie no verbal abuse, no nude pics no personal info to be posted in the forums and such like so that the users clearly know what can and cant be done.
