The cold doesn't bother me, worked in it nearly all my life. Especially when I worked at a slaughter house. But I'll supply loads of tea/coffee or any other liquid that might keep you warm

I have to travel miles every day (about 60) to get to work but that won't matter when I get my tonka truck next week!

Blimey thats a long haul, but if you like the job then its gotta be worth it, I used to have a job nearly next door to me and I hated every second, so it was hard to have an excuse to leave.

I didn't really want to leave my old job cos my boss was dead funny, but the time was right, and I worked with a right bunch of lazy b'stds so at least now the workload is more evenly distributed.
Now I get time off(!), better money, and looked after sooooo much better, just hope it all goes well!

Well, I spent xmas in hospital with my son with that awful novo virus - just getting over it now really - but anyways.........

I went to our local tesco quickstore this evening - steps down to the car blocked by a gang of young teens (all girls) sat on the stairs - politely asked them excuse me to go down, I pleasantly remarked "aren't you girls cold sat out here?" (0 deg C - they wear such skimpy clothes!) and one of them sneered at me and said "WE don't feel the cold like YOU OLD people!" and they all laughed, and no one moved out the way so I nearly went arse over apex struggling past, which they thought was even funnier.
Honestly, whats the matter with some youngsters these days? I am only 41 not even old, and I was very nice and polite!

That's my moan for the day.

Mmmmmm smell of BBQ all over town today, we had to make do with a burger king!
But, TG today was the last day of the ruddy air show, fed up with driving 30 miles round town cuz all the roads were jammed or sectioned off.
