does it matter if they dont know about it?

and when i say actively i mean encourage it...

i would stop flirting, but i wouldnt mind the partner doing it unless its like to over the top

I tend to stop noticing other guys when i'm in a relationship. i'm a one-guy girl. yes it would bother me if he did, i expect monogamy

People tell me I am a flirt but I like to think I am just a really friendly person who will have a laugh with anyone so nope I probably wouldnt change. I would know within myself I think if things were taken too far

I feel kinda uncomfortable about it, but I know I'll be fine as (if) it progresses. The fact that the guy in question has changed his profile from 'dating' to 'talking/email only' helps

Mmmmm ... i'm in two minds about this one ... i wouldnt like my b/friend flirting ''outrageously'' with other females .... but friendly banter is fine

see...personally, i would say i couldnt do it.. out of respect to the other person..

cannot see the point of encouraging others to flirt with you if you have a partner..i know people can throw around some flirtatious banter at times, and thats fine...
