Very Happy I think women are looking for everything in a man....we want super human men...and the same with men and their wants of a female...including gay relationships too. These wants are not instantly recognised....first off someone who is to our individual taste looks-wise and someone whos personality mingles with our own is important initially. Then with that satified we start having more 'ideals'....same hobbies/interests.....is he/she clean enough or a slob and lazy.....the list really goes on and on and on!

When you live with someone then even more preferences come into play. This stuff goes on throughout a relationship....and so it either ends (because of some silly little incompatibility) or it carries on realising that the little things dont really matter.

I think by starting off with an 'ideal' in your own mind....then your ideal woman/man is never likely to really get a chance to know you....because her hair colour is wrong or her tits are too big/small/saggy...or she drives a car you don't like....by keeping an open mind you really do meet amazing people.....

...try it!!!!

Yeah, because it's so great having your heart broken.

Going back..i'd rather not have loved at all and not have a heart.

I'd opt for the "No heart" option, I'd rather have enjoyed life than dawn on lost love.

Good, because I absolutely Ming of Mingingness.[/quote]

Surprised Ohh fuuuuuuuuuc*!!! That's just so wrong to say that. No one (better stay on topic) no woman wants a "minger" who comes out with that kind of crap shi*. Serrriously if we were on a date right now and a guy had such little respect for his beauty/no confidence not only would it make me doubt my own judgment (after allll if I'm on a date with someone he can't be half bad...hahahah noap I'm def picky), but I think I'd have to leave! "I absolutely ming of mingness" - ohhh fck sake! MESSAGE TO ALL GUYS - CONFIDENCE IS ATTRACTIVE! If an unattractive man bigs up himself some might laugh, but not only will others take a second look and think, but women you would be compatible with will become interested. Even if you act stupppidly overly confident it's better to come out with "man I'm hot!" and laugh at yourself than wallow in negative shitty dark feelings. Just either tell it how it is and miss out the crap or overact and just don't take yourself to seriously!

Okaaay okay now that I'm done moaning I'll answer the question "what do women want /look for from a man"? Hummmm sounds like the errrr "...from Bath's tale...Wife of Bath" err can't remember but it sounds like that Chaucer tale & as the knight discovers women want different things. Also to make things even more confusing the same woman wants different things at different points in her life.

What about me I hear you ask? Well that is a short list (some women have huuuuge lists) mine has four things on it, but lets talk in general terms: REEEESPECT!! Respect the woman (i.e. if you make an arrangement stick to it, be honest and think of how she is feeling - what shee's needing) respect plus get your lighter out (in a metaphorical sense) and create a spark annnnd the rest is a bonus!! I like a spark, hygiene, determined err/ambition and respect. Others like humor, money, wisdom, down 2 earth, models etc etc...but it always comes down to the respect and creating that spark (i.e. many women often recognise this as looks...ummm but a person who’s dead will become physically ugly with time and vise versa the less attractive maybe he smells, is overweight, bit of a geek, illiterate or lazy - but give him a heart of gold/respect and sparks will fly). Ehhh this is long better highlight the most important lines.
Love, hugs and kisses to you all, and I hope that you all find Mr/Ms "Right for you" - we all have slightly different needs (that doesn't mean right as in Mr/Ms Right/Perrrfect) Wink .
