with 3,and you can look at it and take it out of the box, but cant switch it on

I love change to but even after the fun of figuring things out I find that I like certain things the way they were. I think what mobile phones like most electronics, lack is standardisation….

Vi you can return it. under the trade decription act if a product does not meet your requirements you can lawfully return it withing 14 days of purchase. also 3 have a 14 day return policy which they have to uphold, regardless of wheather or not you have used the phone all they will do is bill you for the calls you have made. if they refuse then you are within your rights to reprot them to ofcom. you can return anymobile contract and hanset within 14 days of purchase, as set out by the ofcom regulations which every network have to by law foillow
