paracetamol is shit, co codamol arent bad but theres not enough codeine in them, honest get some paramol from boots and then come back and tell me if you feel any pain! its like morphine in a pill lol diclofenac isnt bad as an anti inflam, but it has a short half life of a couple of hours, so its doesnt last all that long. lots of contraindications with diclo/volteral too. but id say give the pills a rest for a few days then go back on them, becuase you build up a thingy to them quite quickly and so you need more and more and they seem to stop working, i find that with a few ddays break often helps and then when you start taking them again, they seem to work well.

Whats annoyed me today is my college lecturer split us into groups and said eah group had to give a presentation on part of the 'Regulatory framework of accounting'.

He just couldn't be bothered to come up with anything himself, now we've got to write a handout and do a 5-10 min report on 9 rules, when we only need to know about two of them for our exam.
