There is a huge amount of sugar and fat in that lot, as i am sure you are aware. It is your body so you eat what you feel like, but I think you will find that if you carry on that way, by the time you are 40, or maybe even before, you might start getting problems that will force you to eat much much differently than you are now. The word Diabetes springs to mind firstly! It is all processed food too, so loads of chemicals and hydro fats in that lot. You may not be getting fat by outward appearance but a lot of the type of fat from that stuff will stay in your body and build up.

I doubt it, dumping that amount of fat and sugar in the body in one day will do it no good, especially since it is food of low nutritional value and especially if it is not fed much after that. The sugar will all have to be processed on the day and well, i don't really have to go into it further than this.

What you do is called binge eating and it is not good for the body. But that is up to you, I had some problem with it myself as a teenager and I just didn't realise that what I was doing was bingeing, because it just seemed normal to me.
