I can barely believe what I'm reading. Why some twat would PM a woman purely to comment (negatively) on her weight does no-one any favours. From what I can see, you all look dandy to me.

I just wanted to clarify a couple of things.

First of all, the body shape settings that I can remember on this site are thin, slender, athletic & toned, about average, fuller figure, a few extra pounds, big and beautiful. I read them in that order.

What I read into them varies depending on the woman's age. The average sizes mentioned in studies are an average for a wide range of age groups, and are thus not much use to anyone, women or men. I'm fitter than the average 60-year-old, and I'm stronger than the average 18-year-old, but so what? Similarly, the average size for a 20-year-old woman is very different from the average size for a 45-year-old woman.

Also, average does not necessarily mean OK. The average cholesterol level in the UK is ABOVE the highest level in the recommended healthy range, for example. In that case, average is definitely BAD!

Separately, I am APPALLED at the abuse some of you seem to have got. These men need to be taught some respect. I would NEVER call anyone fat or indeed insult anyone for any aspect of their looks. Not ever. Not for any reason.

However, I maintain that people should be honest on their profiles.

Maybe instead of vague definitions, we need dress sizes for women and waist/chest sizes for men?

She's no longer a member, mate, but even so, I would not grass her up, as she would then know I meant her, and would feel embarrassed.

I deliberately kept it general for exactly that reason.

Hey Dude, did you bone her anyway? I would. Sometimes you gotta give and sometimes you get to take. If weight was the only draw back, get over it and get busy. Once you find out the inner person you might find a new view on life. If you break up after, she will probably have a great story to tell about this fantasticly handsome dude she had and what a great lay he was. Now all you have is a sad story.

But that is just me.....I am a hornDog by some standards, but I have great stories and I will be happy in my old age thinking of all the might have beens.

i replied... when i said almostpurrrfect i did not mean my drawbacks included wieght. on the contrary i am most happy with my curves. i am a healthy size 14-16 and anyone who says i look bad is just feeling insecure about themselves. dont get me wrong i am by no means in love with myself but i do love myself..if i dont love myself how can i expect someone else to love me? i am not full of myself but i know when i look good. your email, if intended to cause hurt had the opposite effect. it made me realise that i prolly look better than you since you aint got no pic uploaded. so thanks. bye.

you most definately look better than him almostpurrrfect as you are beautiful and you have every right to love yourself...it's just his loss that he doesn't get to love you as well
