Weirdo:

1. A person regarded as being very strange or eccentric.
2. A deranged, potentially dangerous person.


So if like a quarter of the world is like that I don't think that'd be very strange. That's a large number of peeps after all...
As for the deranged... You should just ask yerself if you're deranged and potentially dangerous... Or ask a shrink. If you are, then I guess you're a weirdo.
