Hello all. I went out all night last night for the first time in a while, with workmates etc.. and apart from feeling too old for it all! I was struck by the man/woman ratio in this pub i was in.
I thought, i wont drink too much cause then i might actually be able to have a reasonably sensible conversation with some ladies and try my luck so to speak!
But at one point i stood back to one side of the dance floor and realised that to every woman there must have been, and no joke, at least 10 men! it was a big pub, with a big dance floor and stuff.
Its ridiculous, how am i ever supposed to meet someone with that situation in hand! I mean thats taking the whole competition thing to new heights! I meet and talk to more women online than i ever would in real life lol! why has it come to this? and has it always been like it? Aswell, all the blokes in there seemed to have this whole pis*ed up glare thing going on at any woman that didnt appear to have a bloke with them! God knows what it must feel like for them lol! WHERE ARE ALL THE WOMEN?
From one confused little man on the brink of giving up!!!
(post night out blues lol!)

Tres true my love! But i just thought id try the whole, 'going out amongst lots of people' thing to widen my chances/scope! I guess i just have to accept i dont cut it in that department, getting noticed i mean, standing out. Being a bit vertically challenged doesnt help either lol!

I can't wait for the smoke free pubs! I don't see any point putting on cologne before I go down

I haven't been out to a club for about 5 years, so not sure what its like now..but maybe its always been like that.
I've had my fair share of luck in clubs, but I suspect you have to go to these places a few times. You'd have to be fortunate to go there and pull on the first night...although that has been done Wink But I think there are better places to pull women then night clubs nowadays.
