I know it is like meeting a person in a pub, club etc but in reality do you think you can meet "the one" here?

'The One' similarly to 'reality', is probably more to do with what's going on in your head than the world at large. In other words, if you think someone is 'the one' then as far as you are concerned, they are. Therefore, where you find 'the one' is irrelevant, unless of course it is a criterion that defines 'the one'.

So yes

Who is to say, Grasshopper, where one could meet the one?
One could meet the one anywhere.
Is it not as likely to happen here as anywhere else?
Is the whereness important?
Or is it the meeting?

The belief that the one exists is the first thing.
The belief that you can meet the one comes next.
It is as important, Grasshopper, as the belief in reality.
Without that belief, reality itself could not exist.
And meetings in pubs and clubs would just be monsterous frigments of our collective imaginations.
