But I get your point; it’s just that I’m sick of getting no reply for messages. If you join a dating site the least you can do is fire off a reply to someone who makes an effort otherwise what’s the point of even making the effort to message ppl in the first place.

Don’t know if that makes sense but I hope so.

I wouldn’t expect a reply if I was rude or sending messages like “marry me now!” but I’m not, maybe I need to write some generic message and spam it off to 300 ppl.

well this is just my opinion, but i dont really think its a good idea to put a pic up of yourself sticking your two fingers on a dating site. you face is obscured by the hand gesture and what i can see of your face looks like you are snarling, its hardly sending out the right message to potential female suitors id say and i wouldnt be surprised if that pic is putting some women off replying once they saw it. just thought id say.

I take it you mean first message? Within a few days after having read it. But then there might be a perfectly reasonable explanation to why someone would wait longer, hols or such.

A couple of smiley pictures should clear that right up.
