hi

first post for me.. neway!

i have been single now for around 2 years and am no too sure why?

i mean i speak to girls but it never seems to take off. its because i feel i want to take it further with someone that i may get rejected..
i find that because i have been single for so long that my confidence has dropped dramatically

i know none of you know me but from what ive said please comment

just be a little braver ask a girl you like if they wanna meet up for a drink or bite to eat, if there are any knock backs dont take it personal everyone has different tastes take it easy and above all else enjoy your time dating and being single then its sweet when it happns n your back involved with somebody i am single now for nrly 2years too nd quite understand hat your feeling but with each date your confidence will grow maybe's you could find other ways b4 dating that will give you a boost?

Also, I think you should bear in mind, - your not the only one in the same situation! (think about that! - it might help). I know how scary it can be (having recently come out of a relationship). I say face the wilderness bravely! Bring on the next challenge!

The fear of rejection is a tough one, but remember not every person is compatible with another!

I'm just so glad that the guy I'm seeing now is so laid back 'cos I've actually been able to tell him what I'm like which has made it easier (ok, so it's also thanks to Pol and Mandy that I've felt I should talk to him about it, thanks girls )

It does So how are things with you and Kevin? All settled in now?


Getting there Tracy Very Happy ... still trying to get his flat organised in between hosp visits ... He starts work on Monday too, so yep everythings falling into place nicely x

you have the answer in your own hands , confidence , remembering there is a thin line between confidence and arrogance !! never be afraid to tell a lady she looks great , they love it , try it on women who you aint wanting anything from , jusy pay a sincere compliment and watch them melt !! then when u got it , move on to gals u like , see rejection as their loss , and dont take it to heart . remember to be brave and bold out there , modern man is cool but gals luv ruff and ready types , y ? because they are less likely to get clingy and smother the poor gal !!! be yourself , love yourself and if you dont , learn to , then you will be fighting them off , regardless of your looks, wealth, etc....
