well I recently started helping local charity and collecting clothes from peoples homes, I felt some sort of worthy and good feeling to this charity, so I am helping on a daily bases.

Offered to carry the shopping home for an old lady from Barbados. She'd missed her bus and i was walking home from town anyway. True, I didnt know that she lived about a million miles from the bus stop, but she gave me a lot of advice and asked God to bless me about a million times so it made me feel good

Ahh well, she enjoyed it too.

I defended someone who was about to be attacked, I do Karate and me throwing some moves was enough to make the gang think twice

Throwing a ( NICKI BIG BROTHER) type tantrum ... to releive myself of the stress and tension that i feel today! My kids thought i had lost the plot? the cat hid under the bed! Me! feel a tad better now
