2 things on your list that i use to find a big turn-on that no longer work and actually have dampened my ardour a little, the smell of a man just out of the shower and the smell of aftershave because I can no longer smell those things.
Another one to do with smell (and taste) ... has anyone noticed the slight change in smell and tast (tongues, breath etc) when 2 people are becoming aroused? Those are natural smells geared towards arousing us further (a bit like pheromones). It makes a big difference when you can no longer smell/taste those.
